Occupational Safety and Health
Jarman McKenna provides advice to and acts for employers and other organisations. We represent organisations that are prosecuted by WorkSafe and provides proactive strategic advice to employers and other organisations in relation to their exposures and potential liabilities under the Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations and other safety and health legislation (such as the Health Act).

Motor Vehicle
Our lawyers have a broad range of experience in defending motor vehicle personal injury damages claims. We specialise in work for the Insurance Commission of Western Australia in regard to motor vehicle personal injury insurance claims. We have also provided advice to other interstate third party insurers including the Transport Accident Commission (Victoria) and SGIC and Allianz (South Australia).
Our motor vehicle insurance claims experience extends over a variety of claims ranging from minor to catastrophic and also fraudulent claims. Our senior lawyers are particularly skilled in assessing insurers' exposure to awards of damages for compensation arising from serious and fatal accidents.
