Garry was admitted in 1995 and has been with us since our inception in 2003 and is now one of our partners.
Garry has advised and acted for insurers and insureds in a broad range of insurance related claims, with a particular focus on personal injury claims. Garry's expertise spans employers' liability, workers' compensation, motor vehicle, public liability, professional indemnity and product liability claims. Garry also has experience in general commercial disputes and estate matters.
Garry has appeared as counsel in Courts and Tribunals at all levels, including the Disputes Resolution Directorate, District Court and Supreme Court. Garry has a particular interest in appellate work and has successfully appeared on numerous occasions in the Court of Appeal and High Court.
