Heather has worked almost exclusively in insurance law following her admission to practice in December 2000. In addition to policy and contract interpretation, Heather has advised in regards to an extensive range of personal injury claims within the context of workers' compensation, public liability, product liability, asbestos related litigation, fatal accidents and motor vehicle accidents. She has appeared in the Magistrate's, District and Supreme Courts, and at the Dispute Resolution Directorate.
Heather recently completed a Masters in Law (by coursework) at the University of Western Australia.
Heather commenced employment as a solicitor with Jarman McKenna in February 2011.
