Bree graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws having previously completed a Bachelor of Commerce (International Business) and Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) at Curtin University in 2002. Bree was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court in 2007. She completed her articles at Lavan Legal (formerly Phillips Fox) and spent four years in their Insurance Section working predominately on third party motor vehicle claims, medical negligence claims, professional indemnity claims and asbestosis claims.
Bree joined Jarman McKenna in February 2010. Bree practices in the areas of insurance litigation, which sees her regularly appearing in the District Court and Supreme Court.
