Ben graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Honours). Ben was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2008 and the High Court in 2009. He commenced his articles training in-house under the general counsel of a Western Australian based multinational corporation before joining Jarman McKenna in July 2008.
Ben practices in the areas of insurance and commercial litigation as well as being involved in some general commercial work. Ben's insurance litigation work sees him regularly appearing in District Court and Supreme Court and the Dispute Resolution Directorate.
